Measurements
- 2 Lbs of Shrimp
- 2 Tbsps of Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp of Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsps Sesame Oil
- 3 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
- 1 Tbsp of Ginger, Minced
- 1 Tsp of Kosher Salt
- 1 Tsp of Black Pepper
Steps
- Combine all ingredients, and toss to coat.
- Throw the shrimp on a skewer (or don’t). Slap those puppies on the grill on high heat, turning once until charred and pink, about 3 minutes per side.
- Peel and Eat!
