Measurements
- 2 Avocados
- 1 Tbsp. Lime Juice – 15 ml
- 1/2 Tsp. Seasoned Salt – 2.5 ml
- 2 Tbsp. Finely Chopped Onion – 30 ml
- 1 Plum Tomato Finely Sliced
- 3 Tbsp. Mild Salsa – 45 ml
Steps
- Wash and peel the avocados.
- Cut the avocado flesh into chunks and place them into a bowl.
- Add the lime juice and the seasoned salt to the avocado chunks.
- Gently stir and break up the chunks with a fork. The texture should not be completely smooth. Some chunks should remain.
- Add the onion, tomato, and salsa. Gently stir to combine all the ingredients.
- Place the guac in a serving dish and serve it to the homies.
