- Traeger Pork Rub (or Your Favourite Rub) 🙂
- Mustard
Steps
- Preheat smoker to 215 F
- Place your pork loin on a sheet pan and rub with mustard until it’s fully coated.
- Coat the mustard-covered pork generously with rub.
- Slap that puppy on the already-preheated smoker. Cook for an hour.
- Raise the temperature to 357 F and cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 F. It should take about 1.5 – 2-5 hours, depending on the size of your pork loin.
- Remove the pork loin from the smoker and allow it to rest for 20 minutes before slicing.
