  • 5-7 Lbs. Pork Loin Roast
  • Traeger Pork Rub (or Your Favourite Rub) 🙂
  • Mustard

Steps

  1. Preheat smoker to 215 F
  2. Place your pork loin on a sheet pan and rub with mustard until it’s fully coated.
  3. Coat the mustard-covered pork generously with rub.
  4. Slap that puppy on the already-preheated smoker. Cook for an hour.
  5. Raise the temperature to 357 F and cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 F. It should take about 1.5 – 2-5 hours, depending on the size of your pork loin.
  6. Remove the pork loin from the smoker and allow it to rest for 20 minutes before slicing.
