Dressing
- 1 Garlic Clove, Minced
- 2 Tbsp. Cider or Red Wine Vinegar – 30 ml
- 1 Tsp. Sugar – 5 ml
- 1/2 Tsp. Salt – 2 ml
- 1 Tsp. Dry Mustard – 5 ml
- 1/2 Tsp. Freshly Ground Pepper – 2 ml
- 1/4 Cup Salad Oil – 60 ml
Salad
- 8 Cups Crisp Young Spinach, Stems Removed – 2 l
- 3 Hard-Cooked Eggs, Grated
- 8 Slices of Bacon, Cooked & Crumbled
- 4 Green Onions, Finely Chopped
- Fresh Mushrooms, SLiced
- Fresh Cauliflower, Sliced
Steps
Dressing
Beat all ingredients together and refrigerate.
Salad
Prepare salad ingredients and toss with dressing just before serving. Serves 4-6.
