Measurements
- 1 Cup Softened butter – 250 ml
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup White Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cups Quick Oats
- 2 Cups of Flour – 500 ml
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- 1 Tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 – 1/2 cups of chocolate chips – 375 ml
Steps
- Beat butter, brown sugar and white sugar till smooth. Mix eggs and quick oats.
- In another bowl, whisk the following: 2 cups of flour, 1 tsp baking soda, and 1 tsp salt.
- Add to wet ingredients until combined.
- Add 1 – 1/2 cups of chocolate chips.
- Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 11-12 minutes, until golden brown.
