Measurements
- 1 Cup Soy Sauce – 250 ml
- 6 Tbps. Brown Sugar
- 4 Clove Garlic
- 1 Tbsp. Ginger, Minced
- 2 Whole Orange, Juiced
- 2 Whole Orange Zest
- 4 Pieces Salmon, 6 oz. Fillets
- 1 Tbps. Sesame Seeds
- Scallions, Chopped

Steps
- Combine all but sesame seeds and salmon in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and slowly simmer until the syrup has a syrupy consistency, about a 50 percent reduction. Let cool completely.
- Add sesame seeds, salmon, and marinade for 1 hour.
- Remove the salmon from the marinade and bring the sauce to a boil.
- Preheat the grill to high heat with the lid closed for 10 to 15 minutes. Place the salmon fillet directly on the grill grate, skin side up.
- Cook salmon for about 3 to 5 minutes per side or until they are done to your liking, and occasionally, brush the salmon with the teriyaki sauce.
- Remove the salmon when it’s done to your liking, and serve with some chopped scallions and toasted sesame seeds. Enjoy!
