This Complements any Meat or Fowl.
Ingredients
- 6 oz. PKG. Uncle Ben’s wild rice mixture – 170g
- 2 Heads of broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 – 10 oz. Cans of mushroom soup 2 – 284 ml
- 2 Cups grated cheddar cheese – 500 ml
Steps
- Cook rice mixture as directed.
- Cook (hardly at all) broccoli until crunchy.
- Mix Soup and 1-1/2 cups (375 ml) cheese.
- Butter a casserole.
- Alternate the soup mixture, with broccoli and rice in layers.
- Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup (125ml) cheese.
- Cook at 350°F (180°C) for 1 hour.
Serves 6.
